Snake Cake

This was Neal's birthday cake this year. He didn't get to choose what he wanted.
He only got to pick the flavour. I chose the design only because I had seen this cake done and wanted to give it a try.
This is one of my first real attempts at my airbrush. I have used it for small details and highlights but not to this extent. I learnt a lot about it with this cake because when I first pulled it out it did not work. I panicked because the cake was done and ready to be airbrushed and it wouldn't work at all! After Google and some playing around I figured it out and was on my way!!!
I'm quite happy with the result.

Okay so this was a fun cake to do because my oldest girl helped me out with it. The cake was for her birthday and she came up with the design and the color scheme.
She was my little assistant, she colored fondant and cut out shapes.
